Apart from indicating their geological origin, their name also reminds of how many people appreciate folk music spiced with big beat. It is a peculiar form of world music with a strong admixture of folk, rock, jazz and blues.

These factors are reflected in their arrangements of local folk songs and ballads, which are the backbone of their repertoire. Sometimes even a musical version of a poem can be found. A typical feature is the band´s distinctive humor, which makes their music a jamboree in a true sense.

Apart from festivals at home and abroad, it is certainly worth mentioning their appearance on Zahrada festival or the final of Porta, they performed also in a live broadcast Slovak Radio and TV Markiza. Also, they are the winners of the Slovak national show Strunobranie.
